下面是我们公司有关short term disability的policy的一部分，有关第三方导致的伤害。看起来不容易狮子大开口啊。

There may be situations in which employees have a legal right to recover damages or losses including loss of income as a result of an injury or illness caused by, or the responsibility of, a third party. If an employee receives any form of payment from any source through an award, payment, judgment, damages, settlement or compromise as a result of an accident, illness or injury caused by, attributable to, or otherwise the responsibility of a third party or entity, the employee is obligated to reimburse MY COMPANY for any short-term disability benefits the employee received. If the employee is unable or refuses to reimburse MY COMPANY, future short-term disability benefit(s) will be reduced until the employee’s obligation is satisfied.
