me is apparently at fault. But I heard your insurance will be affected even if you're not at fault. I think I'm ok, I'm more concerned if I should report it to my insurance company. I kind of feel I should tell them since if the guy who hit me reports to the collision center (we agreed at the spot that we'll go, but after he left, the guy before me who was not at fault said he may not go). But I'm torn right now. Thank you again.
