刚搬到新的州，在apartment里被印度邻居告

说我们练习乐器影响他们，office要我们停止，不然要我们30天内搬出去。我看了我们的合同，上面说：

Noise or conduct in the premises which disturbs or annoys other residents shall not be permitted at any time.No musical or sound reproducing instruments whose sounds may be heard beyond the confines of the premises shanll be played in the premises, or shall there be any singing therein, between the hours of 10 O'Clock P.M. and 8 O'Clock A.M.

我们从来没有在10pm-8am拉过乐器

他们可以说我们的音乐就是noise而要求我们搬出去吗？我们还没决定是否要在这里买房子
