termination fee 是我和dishnetwork之间的，这个我已经和dishnetwork达成协议。cancellation fee 和$500 grocery voucher是我和agent之间的。如果我和对方对合同有异议，collection company还可以继续催款吗？如果最后反映到了我的credit report, 我能申诉吗？
