Maybe talk to the hospital?

Same thing happened to me. I think my 麻醉师 and my insurance company somehow settled. Not too much trouble. Another doctor, who checked my son's hearing, is also out-network. I called the institution who he belongs to, which finally decided to take whatever paid by insurance company; after quite a few months of sending me extra bills.
