How do I know I will be charged with frivolous return ? Pls Help

I need to change a few items to the already
How filed 1040.

How do I know I am not charged with frivolous return ?
As I do have quite significant amount of changes
such as incorrect W2 amount (missed a digit)
Missed one dependency
Missed the entire schedule E
and it does seems that my tax is substantially incorrect.

Am I in IRS trouble? Please help. Thanks
