Being Sued by HOA!! 请教单身老猫等大侠

刚买了房子一年半,HOA 把 帐单寄到我的APT.旧址, 所以一直没有交HOA FEE. 也不知道拖欠费用.

今天回家收到dilivered court paper, case pending. I was so shocked!

What should I do? What's the best way to handle this?
