Do you keep a the ad flyer or equivalent ? Or can you provide some kind of evidence for this Cingular plan ?
You can ask your local bar association to refer several cosumer litigation lawyers and interview them one at a time. You can also ask your local DA and see if there are any similar complaints, or existing class law suits.
