But from the CCR rules description, the pipe between walls belongs to HOA. That's where I concern. I don't have problem to ask a plumber to check my unit even if I'm pretty sure no issue with my bathroom. To check the pipe, the ceiling on downstairs needs to be opened. Do I have the right to ask a plumber to do that?

I've asked the owner brother called me if he sees water leaking. But I never get calls from him.
