Thank you very much for your prompt response! Both links are very helpful!

This happened in Orlando, Florida, during our vacation... We live in Boston, Mass. Do you have the relative link for Florida?

I asked to speak to the manager. The cashier said she would call him. So she picked up the phone, pushed some buttons and talked. After she hang up the phone, she told me the manager is not in the store, but he said it's their policy that no returns. Few minutes later, I saw a guy coming over, and asked the cashier "is this your manager?" She said "no, he doesn't work here". But, he actually came to me and explained to me that they do have the sign for "no returns", and tried to look for it. Eventually, he couldn't show me where their signs are...

With this kind of experience, I just want to get my item returned and never come back to that store again. So, I didn't ask for the store credit. But, it's a good option, I will keep that in mind for next time if the experience is not too bad.
