Questions of Divorce with an unborn baby.

I would like to ask how to file a divorce case with an unborn baby ( baby will be due in Dec). All the assets we have now are deposit in the joint accounts and two vehicles.

We married in China and both of us are working in the same area in USA.

I want to know how much I can get paid to support for my unborn baby.Should I request the amount or the court will decide how much I will get paid?
