old cat or all : about fraudulent conveyance

If a spouse conducts fraudulent conveyance during divorce, such as transfer house deed to his/her family, transfer money, etc, can other spouse ask court to grant no share to him/her for these transfered properties?

If not, What is the sanction it could be?

It is in CA.
