how we fight for condo decision?

I just knew that they are going to build some big container in front of our house for recycle purposes. It all happened because they decided to switch from town trash pickup to third party private pickup company two months ago.

It is a big condo and I don't understand if they can just put those there cause it is closest to our house although it is common area.

Maybe we should get a lawer? how much normally would be or some other way to make it not happen? I already sent an email complaining for this.
