car accident, claim in Small Court. No attorney

rear-ended. my car totalled. I got injured. And after treatment, and also because the time limition is due(2yr). I was just afraid they will deny to pay. So, I submitted a claim to small court, at least I can get some back.

I will do this by myself in small court without attorney.

The date to court was set as 10-13 and 10-28, but attorney from insurance company asked to delay the date to later. That is the meaning of the above information I asked for help. (I got it later, thanks a lot anyway )
