yeah, I am under adjustment pending, however, I submitted my work permit request along with the status changing form, though working permit takes less time, I still haven't gotten it. My qeustion here is, I will have to reply to the company next monday with my working permit ready, but until next monday, it's only been 30 days and normally it takes up to 90 days for the permit to be sent back to me. I am wondering whether is there any way can either pushing up the process of my working permit from INS, or asking for some sort of proves from INS to hand to the company offered me the job. Under pending, I can't work for sure right?
