It happened to my daughter too

Just that she ran and fell and broke one of her front tooth (she was 9). I took her to the dentist the next day and the dentist glued the broken part back (it's called bonding I believe). You can't even tell if you don't look closly. I was told that she needs crown when she's older, say right before she goes to college.

Accident happen. Don't be too emotional.
