at beginning kid was on my insurance, then I lost job and had him to add kid, then he lost job, I added kid. Kid lives with me 100%, he pays child support. I have nevered ask to shared the primum. Now the primum is so expensive, a local friend said her ex pays half of the primum.

What should It should by California law?
