VC22350 speeding ticket 恳请法律高

Cited by California police. Got the ticket this morning, passing a construction zone. Workers at sight. Post sign 35MPH, was going at 45MPH. Normal speed was 65MPH. How can I prove this is a speed trap and fight off the ticket?
