歌手张安邦的好友叶佳修知其思念外岛的外婆，写了这歌送他，外婆电话那头听后感动落泪。张安邦小时与外婆在彭湖岛住过，俺的外婆曾住在彭湖对岸的大陆北边像鹿港小镇似的地方，文革动荡年代俺曾住外婆家两年，留下许多美好的童年记忆。所以这活动的最后一首歌送给俺的外婆，刚好她的老家也离海边近。
 


下面这些甜年糕是俺最喜欢吃的:


 年糕有多种做法，蒸，煎，炸，俺更喜欢煮的年糕。
几分钟搞定：
1. 年糕切片或切条放入微波炉1 至 1.5 分钟
2. 把水烧开后倒入上面的年糕轻挪热水里糕片5-10下即可出锅吃了。
