唱给为人父母的国际歌
“现在我的孩子，你终于感同身受，一个父亲的内心喜悦。 如同你父母初次见到你 ... 1978年，Freddie Aguilar 以他自己用真情谱写的歌曲「Anak 孩子」。。。“ 这首歌先后至少出现过20种语言，50多种翻唱版本。
我不会菲律宾语，唱粤语歌也属于外地鳄鱼，水土不服，就鹰语还免强，所以强差人意 ：），唱坛大腕多，看能不能把其他语言版本发扬光大。
Anak（孩子）创作背景及简介：
在菲律宾，这首 Anak 仅次于国歌的地位。菲律宾是个盛产歌手和乐团的国家， 世界各地都可以看到他们的乐团，而这首Anak《孩子》正是每位菲律宾人都会唱的歌曲。
这首歌的创作歌手，Freddie Aguilar 曾经非常潦倒，而且穷到过着几乎像乞丐般的生活！就在他最潦倒的时候，他的孩子降临到了这个世界上。他一心想让他最深爱的孩子过上最美好的生活，但是他的能力无法让他如此付出。他极度的彷徨、自责，于是含泪写下了这首歌给他的孩子，希望透过这首歌，让他的孩子感受他的爱，尽管生活上是如此的艰难。
就在1978年第一届马尼拉《大都会流行音乐节》歌唱大赛中，名不见经传的 Freddie Aguilar 也报名参加，并以菲律宾语演唱出这首歌。扣人心弦的旋律，描述父母对儿女的爱在当时引起了热烈的回响。但由于该项比赛强调的是符合当时流行风潮的作品，而这首却充满民谣风味，显然与大会对于比赛的要求有着相当大的差距。虽然经过再三考虑，评审团还是给他亚军，但他很快成为马尼拉知名度最高的PUB歌手。
由于《Anak》这首歌的成功，Freddie Aguilar 应邀前往美国，在洛杉矶灌录英语专辑《After Child》。尽管销路还算不错，Freddie Aguilar还是不满的，因为唱片公司另请所谓的“名家”填词，而且几乎背离了他的创作本意。
后来，Freddie Aguilar亲自将《Anak》另外再填上一次英语歌词，取名《Child》。结果，正是因为这次Freddie Aguilar的重新填词，忠实呈现原来的创作精神，这首英文版的《Child》从而打动了世界各地的人们，在各地流传开来。没有多久，这首歌就在日本与欧洲打进排行的前10名，并且卖出了超过600万张，先后至少出现过20种语言，50多种翻唱版本。中文歌的部份，就有江蕙台语版的《爱着阿》、钟镇涛国语版的《你的影子》、谭咏麟粤语版的《孩儿》。
这首《孩子》是菲律宾人引以为骄傲的歌，从1978年诞生，传遍世界，至今不衰。
