周末了，从西非飞到印度，全身心放松放松 ；））

yoga mantra相当于歌词，不同的人可以用不同的曲调来吟唱，我选的是Ajeet Kaur的，很喜欢！

Translation:

I bow to the Primal Power.

I bow to the all Encompassing Power and Energy. I bow to that through which God creates.

I bow to the creative power of the kundalini, the Divine Mother Power.

Mantras are traditionally written in Sanskrit, the ancient sacred language. Sanskrit is a classical language of South Asia that belongs to the Indo-Aryan branch of the Indo-European languages. It arose in South Asia after its predecessor languages had diffused there from the northwest in the late Bronze Age.
