这是1906年的歌，比唱坛正好大整整一百岁，以此祝唱坛年年红火，岁岁欢乐，歌声永不止息！:DDDD

The water is wide, I cannot cross o'er
And neither have I wings to fly,
Give me a boat that can carry two
And we shall sail my love and I.
 

Oh love is gentle, love is kind
And love is a flower when first it's new
But love grows old and waxes cold
And fades away like morning dew

There is a ship that sails the sea
She's loaded deep as deep can be
But not as deep as the love I am in
I know not how I'll sink or swim

The water is wide, I can't cross o'er
