《凤凰于飞》是1945年的同名电影主题歌，片中有两首同名主题歌，都为陈蝶衣（原名陈哲勋）作词，陈歌辛（原名陈昌寿）作曲，周璇演唱。按在片中出现的顺序分别记为（一）和（二）。流传比较广泛的是《凤凰于飞》（二）。《凤凰于飞》为华语歌坛经典歌曲，众多歌手翻唱，如韩宝仪、费玉清、张惠妹等。

台湾1987年拍摄的纪念周璇的电视剧《一代歌后》中，潘迎紫也曾翻唱过这首新填词的歌曲《凤凰于飞》。
