俺爸中等个子，突然两大汉手拿武器从树后围上来, 他跳下单车，赤手空拳与对方打起来, 后者最后只好落荒而逃。这是混乱的文革前期夺权派与反夺权派斗争的一幕。
少年时俺爸会功夫，他那些武术队友有的曾参加过全国比赛（包括从少林寺来的），他也教过我们兄弟几招（基本没学会）。
下面这首《少林寺》电影主题曲之《牧羊曲》献给他吧。因为若早一千年出生，他可能就是少林寺外那个放羊娃或李连杰。
刚来美时有个晚上俺在一车站等巴士，昏暗的灯光下突然有几个小黑围过来要钱，俺也沒拒绝，就说，我先给你们表演一段中国功夫吧，就自个儿街边舞起来。过一会儿那帮小屁孩就走了，也没再要钱了。上世纪中国功夫在北美电视(电影)上还是挺让老外看得起的。
再后来俺爸也走了，where did the old man go?
