历史:

《西贡小姐》自1989年在伦敦公演起就在全世界各个城市得到空前的成功，在斯图加特和多伦多，连剧场都为了演出该剧而经过专门设计。在1994年12月，伦敦剧组成皇家歌剧院公演最久音乐剧的记录。

该剧于1991年在百老汇公演之后，打破了好几项百老汇记录，包括预售票超过了两千四百美元、最高票价一百美元、以及在39个星期之内就付清了投资人的资金，其中华人演员有王洛勇与费翔等。
