多谢美景介绍这首歌。越听越喜欢。里面的情绪很复杂，歌词虽说含蓄，但是也能揣摩出一些意思。直白一点说，70年代，当年的男孩是个 altar boy，ultra- religious and conservative。女孩比较 liberal，and hang out with many boys and not ready to settle on one。男孩克服内心障碍，表白爱情，希望女孩也同样被感动，然后成为互相的唯一，相守到老。可是那个时候的女孩还不 ready to commit，反感男同学这种思维方式。据美景说，跟一个football player 跑了。

 

A question：是不是这种有野性的女生对这样保守环境长大的男生才最有诱惑力？
