我刚才试了试，我的电脑有问题，下载不了。

Go to http://media.io/.
Upload your wma file by clicking on Browse, select your file.
Then Upload.
After your file is uploaded, select Select Format (check mp3), Select Quality.
Then click on the Convert button. When the file is converted to a mp3 file, you can then download it to your computer.
