工资水平在韩国因公司大小而异， 25m/y在中小企业里应该是工作3~4年（本科毕业之后）的水平。
如果是三星电子， 薪资就比较丰厚了， 那里生产线上的随便一个女工的工资可能与外面中小企业的代理科长比高低呢。
