A week before its article complaining about Kimmel and his Sinophobic rubbish, the _Global Times_ (in conjunction with other official and semi-official Chinese sources) published a bellicose piece about the capacity of Chinese submarines to nuke American west coast cities, complete with maps showing fallout spreading all the way to Chicago ( http://www.washingtontimes.com... ). The author boasted about the capacity of a single submarine to kill and maim 5 to 12 million Americans.This piece wasn't intended as a joke, and the _Global Times_ hasn't apologized for it.
