I personally think that it's qualified to be a genocide if it involves in killing all the people in a country, and I'm confident that many people would agree with *ME. I'm not sure *WHAT made you jump when this word is used in this incident.

I agree with you that you can spin "it's an interesting idea" anyway you like because the *WORD "interesting" is not necessarily an affirmative word,
