    Dustin, try saying "I'm gonna rob you" in a bank; or "I'm gonna kill everyone here" in a government building; or "I have a bomb on me" in an airport, and then tell the law enforcement that you're only joking and this is FREE SPEECH - you're entitled to say whatever you want. If you can get out of the trouble, then I'd agree with you. Or if you had a little kid, ask him to borrow $10 from his classmate Dusty, then tell him to say "I'm gonna kill Dusty and his family so I don't have to pay him back" in front of the teacher and class. See what happens to your kid. See if the teacher would say "That's an interesting idea" with a big smile. See if the teacher would further ask "Should we allow Dusty and his family to live?"
