最近左边乳头上长了两个白点。不知是不是这个原因，乳头的孔被堵塞，

导致最近几天来左边乳房的产奶量比右边少了很多。本来以前左边就比右边少。以前听宝坛的姐妹说要用针将白点捅破才能解决问题，但是试了试，感觉白点并不是泡，捅了后只觉得要流血。请有类似经历的姐妹支招。
