该怎么办?我似乎的了传说中的月子病-被手指关节疼痛困扰着

剖腹产生下宝宝，现在已经3个月了，这2个月来，我一直被手指关节疼痛困扰着，起初就是觉得双手无力，接着手指关节疼，攥拳头是关节很疼，做什么事情使不上劲儿。。。去医院查了，验血后医生告诉我各项指标很正常，她说现在没什么办法，等孩子不合母乳是在查查看云云。刻着疼痛每天如此，莫非我真的得了月子病？有JM有这样的情况么？该怎么调理啊？
