Should I tell my husband I got HepB?

I just went back to china and accidently found out that I have active Hep B and have already had liver damage. I am very concerned about that my hu*****and will over react to it, so I really don't know whether I should tell him or not. Thank god, my baby doesn't have it. If I don't, I feel guilty, if I do, I don't know what will happen since his mum and he is super sensitive to such things. Please help!!!! I don't focus on doing anything.
