Hi, My 12 week risk was 1:350. My HSG was extremely high. I decided against amnio because the risk of abortion is higher. I did the quad screen at week 17 and the risk decreased to 1:5000. I talked to a lot of people (doctors in US and China), they all said HSG is not a good predictor at that stage anyway. Hope this helps.
