OB做D&C的收入是否比让病人自然流产多些?

还是做D&C对OB来讲更容易,手尾不多?

只是不明白为何那么多OB在孕早期看到不好B超就建议D&C.
为何不让孕妇等到十多周后再检查.那时的B超结果会准些.
