No woman (that I know of) ever regrets having a baby. American guys do not mind step children in general, especially when it is a baby. Additionally, there are plenty American guys out there who do not want to have babies of their own anymore but who do not mind raising yours.

It is no denial that single parents have more hard times than 2-parent households. But the bond between the kid and the parent are stronger than 2-parent families too.

Plus, the baby's father will be required to pay child support so long as court-ordered DNA confirms the parentage.
