You should keep the baby if:
1) you desperately love kids and cannot imagine a life without kids;
2) your economic condition is good enough for you to hire a nanny to take care of the baby while you work or send the baby to a daycare;
3) You know the current boyfriend well enough to be sure that there is no hidden genetic condition you don't want the baby to have.
4) You are determined to love the baby no matter how hard your life is.

If you think you may regret or not love the baby as much when life gets hard, stop and think again.

Single mother is very hard, but do-able. I just talked to a single mom of twins in my daughter's class this morning. She had 3 rounds of IVF to finally get a twin girls at 40+. She loved every minute of it, and the two kids are thriving. There was never a man in her life.
