医生已经推荐了speech therapy

One year old should be able to specifically call mama and dada, otherwise it should be concerned.

My son isn't a dimwit but he needs help on improving his speeches. He functions pretty well as a normal kid 

in all other aspects. We certainly shouldn't wait till it's too late when there's developmental issues like this.
