I think you set too much work for nanny to do,

Nobody will take the job, she is a human not machine, she takes care the baby in day times, do dinner, cleaning, ans she need take care the baby at midnight without sleeping or little sleeping every night, weekend two meals cocking, only one day off per week, that's more then two persons work, if someone working load is that how long can a person servive? If you willing double the pay maybe someone will take it .
