There's a way to inject med to permanently block fallopian tube, called Essure. Non reversible.
Otherwise it's called tubal ligation, it's reversible even though some doc would tell you it's irreversible.
They don't want to fix it when you feel regret. Some couple feel regret immediately after.
You're still young, so don't get irreversible birth control or operation. Just use condom, pills or
reduce frequence of intercourse, or any other natural means for birth control.
What if you do feel regret or something happens to one of the kids.
