Everyone is different, no need to worry about age

My two kids are perfectly healthy, both conceived after age 37.
First one 38, second 41 years old.
No problem at all with eggs, ok. My daughter is very smart as a 3 yr old.
My son, a new born, is as healthy as a bull, eats a ton and sleeps well.
One theory is father's age matters more than mother's.
My husband is four years younger than me. Voila.
Older father, it says, over 45, causes autism and other health problem.
