Heartburn

Hemorrhoids will get worse.
I don't eat anything spicy normally except a little hot pepper in Vietnamese restaurant.
Rarely touch spicy food cuz it hurts to have heartburn.
My daughter cannot eat spicy food so we never cook with spicy sauce.
