Bella 10个月小结

虽然我说“快十个月”已经很久了，Bella到今天才真正满10个月，这个月里她变得越来越independent的，可以玩的东西越来越多，看不见粑粑麻麻不再着急，自己可以到处去找。学会了更多的东西，在daycare也从infant room到了transitional room。

Stats：
Weight： 20lbs （65%）
Height： 29 inches （90%）
Teeth: 6 （2 bottom， 4 upper）

Eat：

奶量明显减少了，每天大概只有15 ounces左右，医生说只要保证奶+yogurt每天有个20 ounces 就很好了，医生建议再过一个月开始whole milk transition

Breakfast 6:30 - 7：00： 6 ounces， 5 - 6 盎司水果+　whole grain oatmeal+ 2 ounces yogurt，
Lunch 11：30 - 12：00： 6盎司蔬菜+肉（chicken，turkey，beef）+starch (pasta, lentil, brown rice) +半个egg yolk 最喜欢的食物是beef
Afternoon snack 3PM： bottle 4 ounces + yogurt 2-4 ounces
Dinner 5：30： 6 ounces 蔬菜+肉+半个egg yolk + dessert 水果
Bottle before bed 6:40： 6 ounces

Sleep:

 因为有了正式晚餐，bedtime往后推了30分钟，这样吃完饭还可以玩30分钟，这30分钟是我们全家的quality time，什么也不做就是hang out。

晚上7 - 早上6：45 左右，最近teething有时候夜里会醒来一次，而且医生也提到到目前孩子的sleeping pattern已经不是baby的那种了，而是和成年人近似，所以在睡了8个小时左右以后（我们家的情况是大约3点左右）会进入浅睡眠状态，所以这个时候如果牙齿不舒服就要醒来了，不过很快可以睡回去。

Naps： morning nap：10 - 11:30; afternoon nap: 2:30 - 3:30

捉迷藏的游戏很有效的帮助Bella cope with separation anxiety



传球的游戏就是2-3个人把她的小球传来传去，我希望她能学会share还有say thank you。现在我只要一伸手她就会高兴的把手里拿的东西交给我，我就说thank you；然后她会在伸手把东西要回去，然后嘴里发出些声音，希望她说的是thank you吧，哈哈
