Bella 9个月小结

Bella 周六满9个月了，这个月是在节日的快乐和吃喝玩乐中度过的，家里客人party不断，时间一晃就过去了。我已经开始为她筹备Big 1 Birthday Party了，想想好像昨天还是小baby，今天已经是可以站着玩的大姑娘了。

Eat： Growth Spurt

这个月经历了9 month growth spurt，胃口大好

Breakfast 6:30 - 7：00： 8 ounces， 5 - 6 盎司水果+oatmeal，
Lunch 11：30 - 12：00： 6盎司蔬菜+肉（chicken，turkey，beef）+starch (pasta, lentil, oatmeal)
Afternoon bottle 3PM : 6-8 ounces
Snack 4：30： 4 - 5 盎司 yogurt + oatmeal + 水果
Bottle before bed 6:15: 8 - 9.5 ounces


Sleep: Sleep Regression

我们太久没有经历过growth spurt和sleep regression，都忘了，查了书才想起这个时候应该会出现的问题：）） 伴随growth spurt的通常会出现sleep regression，尤其是8-10个月，大脑发育很快的阶段，babies通常会爬，站，语言能力也飞快发展，所以会引起sleep regression。我家的具体表现是睡下以后2小时内会醒来2-3次，这个应该是因为process白天的大量activity造成的；然后就是清晨4：30饿醒要吃奶才能在继续睡，这个主要是growth spurt的原因。

除了上面说的，schedule没有变化, 晚上一觉还是６：３０　－　６：４５　的schedule　
Naps：基本上是两个naps，上午的1.5小时，下午1小时左右。在daycare因为太多excitement和distraction，nap基本是随便睡的

1. 在辛苦的尝试和努力了一个月以后，终于9 months + 1 day，也就是昨天，Bella 站起来了！
