九月末，我带着四个老人，一个淘气的老公，和一个十个月的宝宝，拖家带口，一行七人，浩浩荡荡开始了为期两周的夏威夷旅行。
It has been a dream for a long time for my hubby and I. We wanted to pay a Hawaii trip for both sides' parents six years ago. However, this dream was paused after we started up our own business. After five years up and down, this breath token roller coaster ride, our business has grown to a size with 35 employees. It's still small, but a big achievement for us. The great reward is, ......, I am safe to be pregnant! Ten months later, we got our precious. Another ten months, we were finally ready for this trip.

In order to ensure this trip to be successful, I did a lot of research. I prepared a excel sheet with full guides of each day's attractions. I wrote down details for each meals and people's responsibilities. I setup two family meetings before the trip. We even setup roles to each person, such as:
Controller - I
Driver - my hubby
Navigator - my father in law
Safety Officer - my mom
Communication officer - my mom in law
Titled chairman - my father
Then, we were all waiting for the fun part - Travel to Honolulu!
