it is not the other child, it is her sister or brother. She need to learn how to share. it doesn't matter which one is going to be your favor. they are all your children.

you hug one for few minutes then hug the other. or you hug one, your hu*****and hug one then switch.

my mother has four children and she only has two hands too.
