10月小娃半夜睡觉翻来翻去睡不实，是啥原因？

小娃现在10个半月，从9个多月开始半夜翻来翻去，并没有醒，但不停的翻，睡得很浅。我试过抱起来他会醒，然后接着睡， 还是翻。

盖的不多，身上没汗，不是热的。

会是啥原因呢？网上查有的说可能缺锌或钙，大家有过类似的吗？
