请问一下坛子里的姐妹，有关手动打开Uterus (用手指帮助打开薄膜), 英语可能是：stripping membranes/ sweep membranes.
我 目前是37周，医生让我回家作一下research, if I want to strip membranes, so we can talk about it or do it during the next appointment, which will be 38/39 weeks.
I never heard of it and I do believe that late labor is not really good for the baby. Some researches show positive results, so personally, I don't have rejection about not doing it.
My questions here are:
1: Is anyone heard of it and did it too around 38/39 weeks?
2: Is there any other alternative solution to help your baby come out without passing the due?(eg: long walk, eat spicy food ...)
3: What do you think of it? If you were I, will you vote for doing it?
