Daycare 2

I heard a lot of horrible stories about private babysisters. Always think that you are out of controls about how they treat your baby without you seeing it. 

Prefer Daycare, because for the teachers, that is their jobs, and they have policies and rules to follow. Open and more public. Even your baby won't be getting much personal attentions, at least you won't worry about other bad things happening. 

Daycare 2 has less ratio, and they can take care the babies more individually. So I would choose Daycare 2.
